We offer modern self-catering accommodations for two to a maximum of six people.
Whether you stay in our Studio, Villa Loft or Casa Piccolo, they are all equipped with a modern design and a lot of comfort.
A NICE PLACE TO RELAX.
Villa Maiano is an old Podere, which was used as the house of the equerry, and was converted from 2019 to 2022 into a Casa Vacanza. The estate has a park-like garden and private parking on site.
Our outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ for our guests to use. The large pergola has several large tables where you can enjoy your home-cooked meal or enjoy the company of other guests. On the side terrace, by the pool and in the garden there are several seating areas and hammocks where you can retreat alone or with your family.
Our swimming pool is located in a lower part of the garden and is accessible via a staircase. Here you can cool off or relax on a lounger with a beautiful view over the hills and Apennines.
The pool is illuminated at night and invites you to a romantic evening. You don't have to wear a bathing cap with us.
