Terms of payment

When booking, we will send you a confirmation by email and ask for a deposit of up to 30%. This must be paid within 2 weeks after receipt of our confirmation. If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the day of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation email.

We would like to hear in advance how you will travel to us: by car or plane and at what time we can expect you  at Villa Maiano.

Our normal arrival times are between 3 and 8 pm. If this is sooner or later, we would like to be informed.

Please note: We do not refund money in case of cancellation (also no down payment).

We advise you to take out a good cancellation insurance yourself.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

The apartment must be returned in its original state before 10 am on the departure date.

All outstanding bills must be paid in cash before departure.

The tenant is not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than stated on the booking confirmation,

unless expressly agreed otherwise with the landlord.

The tenant is liable for any damage caused during the stay.

All damage and loss of the rental object must be immediately compensated.

A cot with bottom sheet can be rented for € 15 per stay. A high chair for € 10 per stay.

We bake fresh bread rolls every morning. Please place your order no later than the evening before.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments at all times.

Smoking is allowed outside, but all ashes and butts must be deposited in an ashtray.

Villa Maiano is not liable for damage caused by natural phenomena (weather, insects, etc.)

Our pool is 1.50m deep.

There is no lifeguard or fence. You must watch your children yourself.

Furthermore, the house rules apply.
